Scan a pack barcode to sell the whole pack, or sell single units from the same stock. ### Does poso reorder stock automatically? It lists products below their minimum and drafts purchase orders grouped by supplier for you to check and send. The till keeps selling offline and syncs when the connection returns. Back-office work needs a connection. Nothing to install. ### Do I need special hardware? No. A barcode scanner is recommended; a receipt printer and cash drawer are optional. ### Is there a mobile app? poso runs in your phone's browser and can be added to the home screen like an app. ## Pricing and trial ## Pricing and trial ### How much does poso cost? Yearly costs 10 months instead of 12, so 2 months are free. ### Are there setup fees? No, if you set up yourself; we help import your product list during the trial. Guided onboarding for chains is quoted separately. ### Are there per-transaction fees? No. You pay the plan price only. ### What happens when the trial ends? Choose a plan to keep going. If you don't, your shop becomes read-only, so nothing is lost while you decide. ### Can I cancel any time? Yes. Monthly plans run to the end of the paid month; yearly plans to the end of the paid year. ## Data and security ## Data and security ### Is my data safe? Each business has its own database, connections are encrypted, data is backed up and access is controlled by roles. Yes, as payment methods at the till and for invoices. poso records the payment; it does not move money. ### Does poso handle VAT? Yes, per product, including exempt and zero-rated items, with tax reports. ### Is poso connected to KRA eTIMS, URA EFRIS or other e-invoicing systems? Not yet. After that, importing products and counting opening stock takes about a day for a single shop. ### Can you move my data from my old system?
