Feature · Reports

Numbers you can act on.

A report is only useful if it tells you what to do next. poso starts every day with a Home dashboard of the numbers that need action, and every number opens the records behind it.

Short answer

The poso Home dashboard shows today's sales, products in stock, batches expiring in the next 90 days, expired stock still on the shelf, products below their reorder level, purchase orders to receive and money customers owe. Clicking any number opens exactly those records. Detailed reports cover sales, margins, stock, purchases and accounts, and export to Excel or PDF.

  3. Look at margin by category for anything that dropped.
  4. Chase the oldest unpaid customer invoices.
  5. Review cash differences by till.

Reporting questions

What reports does pharmacy software need?

At minimum: daily sales, stock on hand and value, near-expiry and expired stock, reorder list, margin by product, cash by till session, and profit and loss. poso includes all of these.

Can I see reports on my phone?

Yes. poso runs in the phone's browser, so owners can check the Home dashboard and reports from anywhere.

Can I export reports to Excel?

Yes. Lists and reports export to Excel, and financial statements to PDF or Excel.

Does each user see the same dashboard?

Each user sees the numbers they are allowed to see. A cashier won't see profit; an owner sees everything.
